We accept Paypal or local pickup for cash. If paying with Paypal, the payment needs to be received within 3 days from purchase. We ship after the payment is cleared and we will also send you an email confirming this.
If you are from the Netherlands or EU, we are more than happy to discuss direct payment by bank transfer in Euros (if possible). Please contact us for this option.

We try to pack into reused envelopes, boxes and other recycled materials. Please understand this as your contribution to our environment.

All items are made and shipped from pet and smoke free home within 3 working days after your payment is cleared.

If you are purchasing more items, we will combine postage to make it as cheap as possible. If you overpay the postage, the excess will be refund to you through Paypal.

All items are send by regular post service as a Priority Mail. This usually takes 3-7 working days in Europe and 7-14 working days worldwide. If you wish anything faster, insurance, track and trace service or any other special service, there will be additional charge for this. We keep proof of posting for everything we are sending, but orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number.

Ligamentum cannot be held responsible for any lost, damage or delay caused by delivery services or post.

Our experience is that Customs can delay your parcel for up to 1 extra week. There can be delays also during Christmas and NY time too.
